I carry a foldaway duffel bag just in case. Never had to use though.

This year i've shifted about 70% of my flights from LH -> BA. BA have substantially better lounges at LHR than the pitiful SEN lounges in frankfurt and so far no NEK seats on BA. Lack of premium economy and now the baggage changes made four reasons.
If only I wasn't 5h drive away from the nearest BA destination, I'd do the same.
