Our posts have crossed, but to answer your question, the BP didn't have 'Business UK' on it. It's a simple LGW-MAN-LGW itinerary, and is ticketed in I class.

If memory serves me correctly, then Business UK tickets
do book into J or C class and not I.
All those entitled to the lounge have Business UK on the BP - and this corresponds with what is shown on the system to us. We don't put the Business UK on the BP it's done automatically by the entitlement in the system.
Perhaps in the past he's been lucky.
