Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not doubting you but are you 100% sure it was a Business UK ticket?

All class of travel on domestics shows as "C" class on our systems. But there is a note in the page we say which say "Business UK - please allow lounge access" or words to that effect.
No misunderstanding or offence taken sunrisegirl I've just gone into MMB to double check. I can't seem to access the itinerary, but the selling class is 'I' which, if I'm not mistaken, is a Business fare bucket.

Apparently there was no 'Business UK' on the actual BP, but as mentioned in my previous post, on all previous occasions in the same circumstances, lounge access has been granted.

Seems a bit inconsistent that's all. Forgive my ignorance, but is there a difference between a 'Business UK' ticket and a ticket issued in 'I class?
