Nice trip report. I'm always surprised that SR doesn't offer chocolates. The Neuhaus chocolates on DL BE are a high-end touch. On the whole, for trans-Atlantic, I prefer DL to SR for reasons I've discussed elsewhere. I think all the carriers, however, have disappearing FAs on the redeyes to Europe.

Opus17, with the end of the Alliance with SR, are you going to use AF for SFO/CDG connecting to ZRH, or LH for SFO/FRA connecting to ZRH?
