Same way (also answered your question in the Amtrak thread).
In your reward booking itinerary, it will show a "flight number" for hte Amtrak train.
When you get to the Amtrak kiosk,
Swipe any of your credit cards.
choose the option "Pick up continental airlines ticket" or something like that.
Then enter the "flight number".
The ticket will print right away.
In any case, keep the itinerary printed out in paper. Just in case the kiosk is malfunctioning. Go straight to the train and tell the conductor that the kiosk was not working. They may be able to print it at a later station.
