I cannot imagine that many foreign military personnel would be traveling to the USA in uniform - perhaps NATO to Washington but they would not be in uniform. This announcement will sound weird in CDG or LHR or SYD or PVG (I could go on). In fact, I suspect that it would cause a fair amount of hostility. Remember, CO has never really been a proper international airline.
