Don't even think you can get an OP-UP, sorry. The only chance it ever happened to me was when things seriously went wrong and they offered me a C seat on the next flight, and that was it (And on that very day, wasn't an option for me) So, I wouldn't gamble even if I know the flight was in fact heavily overbooked. Get the preferred seating if you like something quite nice ^
