AA can give you boarding pass for the LY flight, But if you want better seating you might want to re-check in in ELAL again, Also for the lounge
invetation you will need to go to EL AL as well.
(In anycase those are two different terminals)
The lounge is a generic lounge for many airlines, dont expect something fancy.
Is it the ReLAX lounge?
And AA uses T4; you'll need to transfer to the Tom Bradley International Terminal, which is located near T4. I believe there's a bus used to shuttle from T4 to TBIT.
