Are you people just moaning for the sake of moaning?
First of all, CityJet seats are the same size throughout the plane so it doesn't matter whether you are up the front or down the back, it is all the same amount of seat room!
Sitting at the front does mean you can get off quicker, but the plane only seats 95 pax anyway so how long are you really going to have to wait if you are not at the front. Also, nearly all airports put steps on the front and the back so it is maybe 2 minutes quicker disembarking if you are right by the door, and you'd have to wait for your bags anyway once you're inside!
The premium tickets with CityJet are not more expensive because they give you seats at the front or because you get a nicer meal, they are more so because they offer far more flexibility with regards changing your ticket/ changing to a different flight - this is what you are paying the extra money for.
Your moaning about crews being sat at the front is ridiculous. There is a reason they do this - all the crews are positioning on the flight because either they are going to work, or they are returning from an long and tiring trip!
The reason they are given seats at the front is give them space so they can relax and perform well when they are next on duty. There is no favourtism of crew over passengers, but since they are positioning for duty, if there is space, they are given it. Also, it is often means passengers don't have to sit 3 by 3, but get a space in the row where the crew member would have been.
Often, crew have large cases with them which they have not been able to check in so placing them at the front or the back means they can put their cases in the front or back crew lockers and still have them close at hand during the flight should they need something.
It also means they are closer to the exits should something go wrong, so they can aid the rest of the crew and the passengers to get off in an emergency.
All your comment suggest you think Crew are lowlier than passengers and there to serve the pax. That is ridiculous. They are positioning to work and crew jobs are very tiring and long hours.
Also, sometimes the time between a flight arriving and the crew having to operate is very short so by ensuring they can get right off means the flight they are operating is not delayed (thus not pissing off loads of other passengers)
If you want to sit up the front then pay for it.
