Whenever I'm in a half-empty plane, as long as I have an empty seat next to me, I really don't care how bad the service is. Worst case scenario, they don't pick up my cup quickly enough so I pull down the empty middle seat tray and put it there. I'll take the extra room, quicker boarding, and less noise of a half empty plane over perfect FA service every time.
