I was in J from ORD to LHR and there were 12 empty seats a few months back. On that flight it was white glove service with a smile.

I think it has to do with the FA. Either they like to work, or they hate their work.

There is a lot of dead wood that should be chopped down to let new trees grow in the AMR system.
