Five Star Service offers a choice of arrival, departure or connection assistance. Each comes with personal, one-on-one assistance. Five Star Service is guaranteed to help your trip go smoothly. From curbside to boarding and everywhere in between, we'll take care of the details.

There are three Five Star Service options from which to choose. Each service includes Admirals Club® lounge access.*




We'll do more than meet and assist you in the airport. Our representatives will work behind the scenes to monitor the status of your flights and make any accommodations that may be necessary. Your personal representatives will also:

Coordinate with your car service
Meet you at curbside or at your arrival gate
Assist you at baggage and check-in
Expedite your way through security
Provide access to the Admirals Club® lounge
Escort you to your gate and assist with pre-boarding
Proactively monitor your flights and, in case of delays, coordinate re-accommodations
Escort you through Customs and Immigration for international flights**
Escort you to baggage claim and assist with baggage.

To make a Five Star Service reservation, call 877-5STAR-02 (578-2702). Representatives are available seven days a week to take your reservation between 5 a.m. and midnight, Central time. You may also contact us via email at [email protected].

An e-mail confirmation will be provided for all reservations. Major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Please take note of these important Terms and Conditions:
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for domestic locations and 48 hours in advance for international.
Customer must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
Flight itinerary must be ticketed and involve a flight segment operated or marketed by American Airlines.
During times of peak demand, American Airlines may opt to decline additional reservations for Five Star Service.
Customer/Agency is responsible for informing Five Star Service of voluntary changes to original itinerary.
Service fee is non-refundable for cancellations received less than 4 hours before scheduled domestic service and 12 hours for international service.
Customer/Agency agrees to provide customer information necessary for American Airlines to coordinate and deliver Five Star Service.
Requests for reservations with incomplete customer information will not be confirmed.
For Departure Assistance, American Airlines may opt to cancel Five Star Service assistance if customer fails to show within 20 minutes of scheduled arrival time at the airport.
Customer must adhere to American Airlines minimum standard check-in times or flight itinerary is subject to cancellation.
All applicable excess baggage fees, change fees or additional collections apply.
Connection assistance is not available in conjunction with airlines operating from New York Kennedy Terminal 4.
In the situation of interline connection service, American Airlines does not guarantee access to other airline lounges.
In the event a delay or cancellation requires accommodation on another airline, your Five Star Service representative will personally escort you to the other airline and accompany you until your new flight departs.
Or in the case of arrival assistance, Five Star Service will greet you at the gate of the new carrier and fulfill our original service commitment.

*Admirals Club lounge access will be provided where available. When an Admirals Club lounge is not available another lounge facility will be provided. **Escort through Customs and Immigration will be provided when American Airlines has access to these airport secured areas. ***Immediate family members under the age of 18 may accompany the paying Five Star adult. (Immediate family members refers to family members residing in the same household as the member.)
