whom do you 'define' as CEO with SR? Brügisser (president of the shareholder-board)?

I believe it is actually Mr. Katz (yes Catman: Katz = cat in swiss german, Katze in real german), ex AA marketing man, now General Manager SR.

swiss (shareholder) laws differ quite a bit from the 'rest of the western world'.
