I (US citizen) will travel from Buenos Aires to Calama, Chile on LAN with a 2 hour layover in Santiago, but will not claim luggage or leave airport. Since my final Chile destination is Calama not Santiago, will I need to pay the $140 visa fee (I'm already paying $140 for 3 days in Argentina since I arrive at EZE)? Thank you.
