I find it interesting that the Texas bill doesn't make the pat-down illegal. It makes certain actions during a pat-down (that Pistole and other liars in the TSA claim they don't do anyway) illegal.

So, if the TSA doesn't touch people's junk, and the Texas bill makes junk-touching illegal, then why is the TSA complaining about a law that makes something they don't do illegal?

Or are they all just lying sacks of "good for the roses?"
