If you merely "connect" in London, as opposed to stop over, you will not be subject to additional fees because of flying in a premium cabin. Connecting passengers are exempt from the UK air passenger duty. (Connecting passengers do pay the UK passenger service charge, but that is not dependent on class of service, and runs around $40 or so.)
