Yes, but:

(a) you will have to book the 241 by phone as you can only book a "simple" return online; and

(b) your MAN-LHR sector will be on a separate PNR with all the "worry" that has the potential to cause - so make sure you leave more than enough time to make your connection at LHR in case of delay, cancellation etc.
