Another similar offense is handling loaves of bread without the white cloth, or removing the cloth from a loaf and using one's hands to hold and slice it. I once noticed this at the Grand Club lounge at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and notified the staff. They would promptly wrap the bread with the cloth, but it wouldn't stay on the bread for long.
