As a new Silver member I've had most of my questions answered with some browsing here.. so a retrospective thanks!

One question though. I realise if I make a booking with myself and non status travellers they will all, or in some cases just 1 get the preflight benefits I do. However, does the booking need to be in my name? or can I appear anywhere on the PNR with my exec number?

The reason I ask is I'm planning a couple of trips with a group of us, but one of the guys has access to the hotdesk. If the booking has me on it, but is in his name will the rest of them be able to access CW check-in, take an extra bag etc etc?
