Sorry to rain on your parade but no-one flies nonstop commercially for 23 hours!!!

You need to go remonstrate with the person who told you that.

BA0015 flies London to Singapore & then Singapore to Sydney. I presume seeing the times are almost the same that BA009 does likewise (or via Bangkok or Hong Kong).

You may find Emirates have a better one stop service (2 legs of more equal length) and the Airbus 380 rather than a tired 747.
