No luckily no emergency on my flight.

I've flown about 3million miles and ALWAYS check the life vest since I saw a news video years ago about people stealing them! I've never had a fa fail to make sure I had a life vest available -except this one. The utter lack of concern about this and the safety issue of the person in back of me being trapped if there was an emergency on take off (which is the most dangerous part of the flight) bc I could not move my seat completely upright really took me by surprise.

I'm not looking for miles but much more concerned about safety/maintaince in general since I did have plans to start flying them trans pacific quite a bit. If this wasn't just a bad crew, but typical I may have to reevaluate.
