In MCO for a conference, booked my car several weeks ago with AVIS, and I'm the elite AVIS FIRST, for whatever that is worth. I get my car with no GPS, which I had reserved. I go back to the Preferred desk to let them know, thinking its just another oversight and I'm told that they are all out. "What do you mean all out?" The guy tells me that the shuttle is taking off tomorrow, so we've been busy. I asked him if he understood the concept of a reservation, and he said yes, but that they gave them all away. He gave me a great map instead, you know the one with all of the advertising and all on it. I'm finally leaving AVIS. I'll give me weekly rental business to someone else, but who???
