I stayed there in August 2010 using 14 FFN nights. I'm in my mid-20s, and am always overdressed out of personal inclination (being forced into business casual for work makes me want to have a jacket and tie on at all other times - even in Paris in August), and was extremely well-treated in every interaction. They were very generous with diamond benefits as well, and sent up bottles of wine with fresh fruit on multiple occasions during the stay.
