About that ANA Lounge in NRT...

Before my return CO flight from NRT-IAH, my mother and I went to the ANA Lounge. I am a President's Club member. The staff at the lounge didn't want to admit my mother. They said guests were not allowed. The woman at the door called all of the other lounge staff over and after a few minutes of discussion with me, interspersed with dialogue between the staff in Japanese, they finally let us in.

I didn't think the lounge was too bad. I liked it better than the President's Clubs here, though it wasn't nearly as nice as other International clubs I've been in. I like the self-service bar.
