online checkin/seat selection question...
Hi All:
I have a quick question - I just tried to checkin online for a flight departing tomorrow morning. As I was checking in, it appears seat control was switched to the airport, therefore I received an error.
I called JAL and they said they were unable to view my selected seats on the outbound flight because the seat map was closed and transferred to the airport. The agent said for us to checkin at the airport.
I'm flying Y+ and selected seat numbers for the flight many months ago. When I now view my reservation online, it shows the initial outbound flight confirmed but no longer shows the seat numbers for this leg.
Will our seat assignments still be preserved even though they do not show up any longer online?
