I'm not coeliac but try to avoid gluten and wheat where possible. I recently ordered a gluten free meal on a flight from LGW and it was truly awful. It consisted of a chicken breast which was pale in apearance, dry and tasteless, along with some sloppy looking vegetables. To be fair to BA, I had upgraded (paid) to CW from WT+ and they were still able to load a gluten free meal for me last minute, which maybe affected the quality.
When flying in CW these days i know that there will always be a salad on offer and more in the CW larder should you want it. The spicy chilli salad dressing has, i think soy in it, so i would avoid that if possible.
I would also bring your own supply of snacks just in case you don't like your gluten free meal.
