Go Rudi! I have a PalmIII too upgraded from my 2 year old PalmPilot. Could not survive without it. Wonderful features, besdies the basic datebook, addresses, to-do's etc., include:

* Synchs with my Lotus Calendar Software so that my admin assistant automatically gets all of my details, phone numbers, etc.
* AvantGo - download news off the internet from Wall StreeT Journal, CNet and many others and read on the plane.
* Connect to my Lotus Notes mail, download, read mail on the plane, reply, then upload and send when I get home - no big computer to deal with.
* Wine tracking database to track my wine collection (called PbWine www.poohbah.com or [email protected]
* Maps of NY Subway, London tube, etc. using Image View software
* Games - BlockParty (Tetris), Chess, Invaders (of the SPace kind), Patience (i.e. the card game - various kinds), MineHunt (like MineSweeper on Windows), Poker, SubHunt (fun) --> for all those hours on planes.

Highly recommend it.

Rudi, e-mail me if you are interested in any more of the details.
