Nope-- the satellite is from Viasat-- LTV is a subsidiary of JetBlue. AFAIK, they haven't announced prices. I wouldn't be surprised if it were free, but I don't have any inside info or anything.
The reason I asked about the connection to LiveTV is because CO/UA are installing WiFi through a partnership with LTV, who is launching a satellite into space (Ka-Ban, or Ka-band, or something like that). Since they're getting it from LTV, I figured logic would dictate that B6 would also
