sorry i mis-read your question. Yes i did receive a BA kit from HKG-TPE. CX did not give me the kit on the TPE-HKG.

My experience for 1 World Connections was that the agents could easily issue boarding passes if the flight was on the same record. If the connecting flight was in a different record, it presented a problem for the agent to issue the pass.

I would strongly reccomend you obtain your boarding passes in MUC if possible though. My gut feel is that CX is a lot more forigiving on these tight connection than BA will be. Just a note, IB may drop you off in the domestic terminal on your flight from MUC, and you will need to make the hike to the international terminal and clear outbound Spanish immigration before boarding your flight.
