I suppose that the Club offer is good only with Finnish DC cards (€200 annual fee). If you decide to have Finnish Amex Plat (€550 annually), you get automatically PP card for yourself and for one family member (unlimited entrances for both of you for no fee).

The Malev-offer is reasonable. A short hop to Budapest is not even expensive. They give out ruby and sapphire cards only.
