It's unlikely that Air China will allow you to check in that far in advance and dump your luggage. You can try. If they don't, and you get a vehicle big enough to carry everything, might as well just take it with you. Otherwise, you can park the stuff at Left Luggage for a per bag fee--lock the bags and don't leave valuables, electronics, medicines, etc. inside. Take that stuff with you.
