It looks like RR customer svc in Dallas is experiencing the
same issues as SWA's 1-800 number. I am Alist/comp pass
and was told by 1-800 phone rep that the company is
extremely strict on their phone reps and can't keep
help.
Looks like SWA is unfortunately evolving into a legacy
carrier....I hope they never outsource their phone support.
However, things aren't looking as rosy as it once
did at SWA.
