The health club is open, yes. Mind you I found it rather a strange setup. In order to get to it, you must walk from the elevator and through the main public areas on the lobby level. There is glass such that everyone who is standing in the lobby area can watch you workout or swim, or whatever. The pool itself is perhps 10x15 feet - a total joke of a size! It is about the same size as the hot tub.
