I paid $149/nt. It was well worth it! I was on the 7th floor (the highest open at that time), but I know that they were opening more floors the next day! I could see the transboarder area fine from the 7th. The north runway is used mostly for landings. One thing you should know - they had not yet cleaned the outside glass yet when I was there, so it was not quite as clear a view as one should expect.

All I can say is go for it. It was a very nice experiance indeed!
