I am not sure I would swap a daylight flight westbound in F for an eastbound from NYC. Even if it did get me into both CCRs.

If you leave NYC in the morning there will not be much time to enjoy the CCR anyway and the flight will be an hour shorter, leaving less time onboard to enjoy F.

If you leave NYC in the evening you will be flying overnight and probably will not enjoy the F experience as much.

I would ditch the JFK CCR and head westbound.
