A word from the wise, if you are in a terrible hurry and must talk to CR in Dallas to resolve something, call the 800 number, use your AL+ status to use the RR 'cut to the front of line' feature, then ask the CS rep to transfer you to CR in Dallas. The CS reps have first-in-line access to the CR folks.
