In the post linked directly above Dilly even offered to review rspecific itineraries posted on that thread or sent by PM.

The 241 open jaw rewards that people have reported in that thread have all appeared to be to the same zone. I guess it depends upon if a 2 zone open jaw reward is a "standard redemption". I'm inclined to think that it may not be as no one has reported to have received one.
