Stayed here about 40 nights so far this year, most recently this week. I finally had enough - checked out early and moved to the Park Hyatt. What a difference.

Internet here has always been outrageously slow, but this week was worse than ever. Took over one hour to send a single, small file, email. For any hotel this is ridiculous, nevermind one that wants to charge EUR 19/night for internet. Combined with the boring and poor room service / bar menu, lack of upgrades, and my favorite - a breakfast menu that requires ordering the EUR ~30 breakfast buffet whenever ordered a la carte items - it was time to move on. I've also been fighting for a few thousand points related to an SPP event I held there in February.

It's unfortunate, because I really liked most of the hotel staff I dealt with there.
