Lufthansa 'compensating' me with wine - what do I get?
I've just had a letter from LH regarding some comments I made about their transfer service for F class pax in FRA.

They admitted they fell short of the mark and have promised to send me some wine. What can I expect? A bottle of Black Tower or a case of vintage champagne (or something in between?)

(I'm UK based by the way)
