Beckles, the FA did tell me the FO stood for Flying Orchid, but did say it was the honorary status as described. On the manifest, the only designation next to those names was FO, nothing else...no other letters.

The manifest also listed Medallions that were in the back, but when I saw the 5 non-revs and FO's, I was more curious about that than the others.
