Hey, I had worse treatment at Luton recently. There were 5-6 desks open for UK/EU nationals and one for foreigners. When the UK/EU queue emptied out, you'd think those immigration officers could have helped empty out the foreigners line in about 2 minutes, but going on their coffee break was a lot more important.
