I ordered some flowers from FTD last December, got my email that said I had earned ~1500 miles and I should wait 6-8 weeks for them to be deposited. When after 8 weeks they were not, I called in, and they took my information and said they had put it through to send my miles, and I should wait 6-8 weeks for them to post. Again they did not, so I called again, and this time I was told that under the T&C I had to call in with any problems within 30 days of my flower order or I was out of luck. I asked for a supervisor who initially gave me the same line, but finally said she had sent it through to get my miles. We'll see what happens this time.

I have used FTD in the past quite a few times without these problems or run around, but with this level of hassle, it will be 1-800-Flowers for me in the future. FTD can get stuffed!
