Posted what I experienced yesterday and what I was told by a UAL employee at the gate when I complained. I received the "invitation" from UAL at check in. They did not tell me I could use the Thai Lounge. Anybody have contemporaneous hard info? I too have been in the D Thai Lounge before when joining the UAL flight. This time it was different. I was told by a UAL employee it is not open in time for the UAL flight and that they therefore are offering the other Lounge. Has there been a change of Thai Lounge hours?
