That is UA metal, not CO metal. I made no claims to the efficacy of upgrades just working on UA metal.

That said, as of a couple weeks ago the UA systems were fixed so that UDU does work on CO-coded, UA-operated flights. I had a few upgrades recently with no troubles. Certainly there are still cases where the flight doesn't process to be listed correctly on the UA systems, but for the most part that is working.
