as it often is on UAL. They treat Joe and Mary so bad they never come back if they have a choice. Maybe Smisek thinks the elites are unlikely to leap given their investment. They still need to work on the Joe and Mary piece IMO. But they should not do it at the expense of the long suffering elites.
