Wow, maybe you need to run by your interpretation of CS with your management because that doesn't really align with UA's marketing and published practices. If UA followed your mentality, then UA would prioritize standbys by need to get to their destination, larger people needing a larger exit or first class seat, everyone getting the same shot through security, etc. Your employer has obviously identified the importance of us frequent fliers and I am sure your attitude has driven away business to competitors. I know I would comment on your attitude.
