Last stay August 2010 but going back this December. The dress at breakfast ran the gamut from business people in suits and tourists who were very casual.

It's a hotel and they know people are there for different reasons. Really - within reason, wear whatever you want and no one will blink an eye. Reminds me of an FT thread about appropriate clothes to wear when flying First Class!
