I am trying to find out policy on changing an award ticket mid trip. I booked a bunch of tickets for my family to come to my graduation as a stopover then on to MIA then back to the origin. We just got word that my grandma had a turn for the worse in health and was given 3 days to live. I am wondering what policy is on changing award flights. I tried calling, but they are closed and was hoping to get some insight from BA experts. the flights are on AA metal SLC-dfw-PHL (stopover and where they currently are)- MIA-dfw-SLC.
