I believe the UA Bangkok flight departs around 6am. The Thai lounges open at 5am. Not sure how earlier UA asks you to be at the gate. So it feels like the Louis Tavern Lounge might be a better option for the early arrivers to the airport since it is open 24 hours.

If you are *G you could always go to the Thai Business Lounges in any case.
