I would agree. I've never experienced any FA on either that I can recall being "rude". Indifferent, yes. Lazy, sure... but for the most part both AA/DL mainline FAs are great. Just seems like the AE FAs are more eager to please... perhaps the novelty of F on AA's RJs is a factor.

I guess you could say I've encountered more lazy ones on AA than on DL. Some weren't rude but were just indifferent. Or they were the "let's get this done ASAP so we can chat/read People in the galley" type. But I have had some that I'd consider "rude" and I guess that's what sticks out in my mind . However I've also had some great FAs on AA (back when I used them as my primary carrier) that almost make up for the bad apples. I've also had some great FAs on DL. However, I do think that you're more likely do get a "smiling, stereotypical 'southern'" crew on DL than on AA where it seems the FAs are less "smiley"-is that a word - but are more "professional" in their actions (not rude, but not overly nice and do every procedure by the book).
